She completed her postgraduate Basic Physician Training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) and advanced medical training in Medical Oncology at the RAH, FMC, and Royal Darwin Hospital. She was a recipient of a scholarship grant for a formal training in Geriatric Oncology at the Nuovo Ospedale-Santo Stefano, Instituto Toscano Tumori in Prato, Italy, which she completed in 2017. More recently, she was the clinical fellow of Professor Michael Brown at the RAH Cancer Clinical Trials Unit, where she presided over numerous Phase III immuno-oncology clinical trials and co-designed innovative research proposals.
